| Origin of assignments / Type of clients![]() Mission dataIt is extremely difficult for us to pre-evaluate search period length in advance. Many variables come into function such as job level, market situation or even geographical zone. During the years 2007 to 2009, our searches needed 15 to 120 days between the effective beginning of searches and presentation of a final candidate. Our average is a 47 days period. Depending on the number of people deciding for our client, their own decision making period is situated between 2 days to 6 weeks. Over the same 3 year period, we conducted around 250 searches with a success rate approaching 100%.
