Philippe LEVYPhilippe Lévy graduated from the Faculty of Law of Strasbourg, he started his career as a trainee legal auditor at the High Court. In 1979, he founded Staff Consultants in Strasbourg and since then has been strongly involved in its development. He opened their Paris office in 1984, began their international adventure the year after. Then in 1990 he created the I.M.S.A network, of which he was the president for many years. |
Pierre-Yves STINTZYPierre-Yves Stintzy graduated from the ‘Ecole Centrale de Paris’. He started his career at the ‘Companie Bancaire’ as a bank manager for U.C.B. in Aix en Provence. He then went to their Paris headquarters as manager for credit, and was later in charge of the financial engineering department. In 1991 he joined the real-estate department of the Caisse des Dépots et Consignations to manage the business side of the corporate real-estate. When the market fell , he was in charge of defeasance. |
Guy RICHARDGuy Richard graduated from the famous Paris business school, HEC. At the beginning of his career he worked in corporate real-estate, mainly with institutional investors : insurance companies, pension funds, SCPI … He developed in this function an advice and decision help tool for real-estate investment, based on the adaptation of classical financial analysis criteria. In 1985 he created his own business in the East of France and managed it for three years before selling it . |
